Welcome to Najah Chemist. We are a Jamaican manufacturer of skincare, feminine care, men's care, and haircare products. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, payment data, order history, usage data, and marketing preferences when you use our website or place an order.

To process and fulfil orders, manage your account, respond to enquiries, send order confirmations, send promotional emails (where consented), improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and detect fraud.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with payment processors, shipping partners, technology providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

We use essential, analytics, and marketing cookies. You may manage cookies through your browser settings.

Order and transaction records are retained for seven (7) years in accordance with Jamaican tax and commercial law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise your rights, contact us via the Contact section of this website. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email.

Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Terms & Conditions

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Slight variations in colour or packaging may occur. All products are for external use only unless otherwise stated. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have known allergies.

All prices are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at time of order applies.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. No returns for change of mind. Exceptions apply only as set out in the Shipping & Returns policy.

You agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Najah Chemist retains order details, payment confirmation, and courier tracking for every order. Fraudulent chargebacks on valid, fulfilled orders may result in a permanent ban from ordering.

Once tracking is issued, it is your responsibility to collect your package from the courier. Refunds will not be issued for uncollected packages. Re-shipping fees apply if a package is returned to us.

Private label clients receive a licence to sell under their own brand. Najah Chemist retains ownership of all base formulations. A non-refundable deposit may be required before production. Full terms are set out in a separate written agreement.

All content on this website is the intellectual property of Najah Chemist. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Jamaican law, Najah Chemist shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Najah Chemist ships within Jamaica only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Knutsford Express — J$500 bearer fee. Cash on Delivery available.
Zipmail — approximately J$1,000 for packages under 9 lbs. Full payment required upfront.
Kingston & St. Andrew Delivery — from J$1,000.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping receipt with tracking information once dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We will offer a replacement or refund if the product arrived damaged, you received the wrong product, or the product is materially different from its description. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours or once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible. Private label orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced.
